Yoga swings, also called inversion slings or hammocks are used to aid traditional yoga poses and strength training exercises by supporting your body weight achieving a challenging but fun total body workout.
Classes are often known as aerial,anti gravity yoga or inversion therapy.
No experience of yoga is required to attend these sessions but participation is subject to a one hour individual safety session and thorough medical check.
