What can I expect from a first appointment? This involves an initial friendly no obligation 30 minute discussion to help gather relevant information to determine your needs and requirements. Appropriate recommendations are offered at this time. There is no charge for this first appointment.This can be in person, on zoom or by telephone.
Fitness Training The first one hour training session will involve assessment of current fitness levels, familiarisation with equipment if used, identification of exercise likes and dislikes and various health checks.
A suitable Personalised Programme to meet your needs is then designed taking into account all relevant information. We aim to provide training to reflect your particular needs and the sessions are carefully planned to fulfill those requirements.
We can, for example offer gym training, outdoor workouts, yoga, pilates, yoga trapeze, stability ball, rebound training, circuits, boot camp, or kettle bells.
We also cater for specialised needs including sports specific training, office workouts, strength building sessions, mature person training mobility and flexibility, pre/ante/post natal training, fibromyalgia management,PMS/menopause/premature menopause Support. Pre and post surgery and arthritis management.
There is overwhelming scientific evidence that people who lead active lifestyles are less likely to suffer from illness and more likely to live longer. Exercise not only makes you physically fitter, it also improves your mental health and general sense of wellbeing helping alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.
