Many people think of personal training simply as supervised exercise to achieve general fitness and weight loss goals but we strive to offer much more than that.
We adopt a comprehensive approach taking into account an individuals full circumstances and offering lifestyle assessment within a programme of individualised care and support as well as a structured training regime. Crucially these elements are organised and delivered in a manageable way for our clients, helping them keep their goals focused and motivated.
There is overwhelming scientific evidence that people who lead active lifestyles are less likely to suffer from illness and more likely to live longer. Exercise not only makes you physically fitter, it also improves your mental health and general sense of wellbeing helping alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. Physical activity can also reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke and reduce high blood pressure (hypertension) cholesterol and Type 2 diabetes. It is also known to help with obesity, osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.

Our coaching involves a Multidisciplinary approach to overall health and fitness. Over many years as a personal trainer I have often seen people stick to one method of training leading to repetitive injuries. Motivation also soon fades when boredom sets in and many go back to the bad habits they were trying to change. I have found Training in one discipline may increase your performance in the other. Combining many practices can help boost flexibility, strength, and stability in less time.
Who choose us instead of a gym? Our approach is one day at a time and one step at a time. Our method is designed to help you succeed and make changes to your lifestyle slowly. We help you take small steps, focusing on each day and work out what sensible life changes you can make. Ideal for those who require 1-2-1 support to make lifestyle changes.
