About Abigayle; I am a multi-award-winning yoga teacher currently pursuing my 500-hour teacher training. Having navigated premature menopause at 20 (POF) and undergone spinal and bowel surgery, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. With 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, including managing my own Glamping Spa Retreat, I specialise as a menopause practitioner, yoga teacher, sound therapist, personal trainer, group exercise instructor, aerial yoga and yoga trapeze teacher, breath coach, and flexibility coach. I am also engaged in ongoing studies in biological sciences and biomechanics, and I’m currently a student of psychotherapy. By integrating my personal journey with extensive training and experience, I strive to help others enhance their practice and seamlessly incorporate wellness techniques into their lives.
